I didn't become a chef because I attended an elite culinary school.
 

In fact, my journey started with a simple decision in high school. I enrolled in a culinary program primarily because it got me out of traditional classes for part of the day. What I thought would be an easy elective ended up changing the trajectory of my life.
 

The first time I created something that people genuinely loved, something that brought them joy and connection, I discovered a passion that has never left me. Food became more than a skill. It became my purpose.
 

After graduating from the program, I continued my culinary education and immersed myself in every opportunity I could find. Over the last 15+ years, I've built a career that spans nearly every corner of the foodservice industry.
 

I've worked for some of Indianapolis' premier catering companies, gained experience in hotels, managed cafés and coffee shops, led bistros,  helped launch national franchise concepts, and worked in corporate dining and fast-casual operations. Every position taught me something valuable about food, hospitality, leadership, and business.
 

In 2019, I took a leap of faith and launched my own catering company, Queen Bee Kitchen.

Through Queen Bee Kitchen, I earned a reputation for exceptional food, elevated presentations, and boutique catering experiences. But behind the scenes, I faced the same challenges many chefs face. While I had the culinary talent, I quickly discovered that running a successful food business requires far more than great food.
 

I struggled with pricing, systems, operations, organization, client management, and the countless administrative tasks that come with entrepreneurship. Like many chefs, I searched for mentors and guidance, only to find that support wasn't always easy to come by.
 

So I learned the hard way.
 

I made mistakes. I created systems. I rebuilt processes. I figured out what worked and what didn't.

Those experiences ultimately led me to create Culinary Concierge Solutions.
 

Today, my mission is simple:

To help talented chefs, caterers, meal prep businesses, and food entrepreneurs build businesses that are just as strong behind the scenes as they are in the kitchen.
 

Because I've been where you are.
